For Magento the GFS Channel Connector is supported on versions 1.9.x and 2.1.x.

Version 1.9.3.0 will cause non-optimal operation of the Connector because of a bug in the Magento API. The update phase of the order will need significantly more time to complete because several API calls will be required. It is recommended that version 1.9.3.0 should be upgraded to 1.9.3.1 or later.

Magento Configuration

For GFS to be able to connect to your Magento platform, it is recommended that GFS IT Support complete the setup for the integration of the Connector and GFS Selector. You will need to be present to login to the admin portal, then one of our IT Support Technicians will complete the Connector setup and any mapping required for GFS Selector.

If you wish to complete the setup yourself, then you must complete the steps below to create a unique user for the plugin to enable orders to be downloaded and updated. Please note, further setup may be required for GFS Selector mapping.
