Why do we have only one carrier per a collection point?

Hi,

 

When we use the collection points feature, there are one carrier (DPD/Hermes/Collect+) linked to a collection point. As far as I can understand, each collection point is placed inside a store. Are there situations when a store holds two collection points from two carriers, and their icons sit on top of each other?

Hi Iaroslav,

No each carrier has contracts with the stores,

so a DPD will not be the same as Hermes and collect+ will not be the same as either.
